Dr Rebecca Hoile
Rebecca brings over 25 years’ experience in crisis management and emerging threats with expertise in counter terrorism and public health across government and non-government organisations. Rebecca has extensive experience in risk management, policy and procedure development, and facilitation of capacity building and training, across four regions of the globe.
Career highlights include 10 years with NSW Police Forensic Counter Terrorism, 3 years within INTERPOL, Counter Terrorism and Emerging Threats Directorate, 2 years with the World Health Organization, Global Health Emergencies Program, and more recently, a Senior Fellow for the United Nations, (UNICRI). Rebecca brings specialist skills in Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) crime, Disaster Victim Identification, Health Security, Business Continuity, and is a global leader in Bioterrorism prevention and Biosecurity. Rebecca has unique experience working on complex programs bringing international best practice to the Sention community.
